Dolce & Gabbana introduces the new "Devotion Bag."

The bag, which garnered attention when a drone delivered it down the runway at the opening of the 2018-19 Autumn/Winter Womenswear Collection show in Milan in February 2018, is finally set for a nationwide release on Friday, July 13th.

It is currently available for pre-order at Dolce & Gabbana Aoyama, Isetan Shinjuku, and Ginza.

"Devotion" signifies boundless, eternal love that transcends time and space.

It represents the devoted love of designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for the brand and for fashion.

A key feature is the "Sacred Heart," a symbol of love and faith, designed into the clasp.

The heart-shaped clasp, cast in brass using the lost-wax method traditionally employed by jewelers, is finished with 24K gold plating and adorned with pearls, creating a signature opulent design for the brand.

The "Devotion Bag" is available in three colors—black, red, and optical white (color availability varies by size)—and three sizes: large, medium, and mini.

Depending on the size, the bag is crafted from either matelassé or smooth leather. The large size comes with a choice of leather handles or a chain strap.

Furthermore, "Devotion Bag" launch events will be held at Dolce & Gabbana Isetan Shinjuku on Saturday, July 14th and Sunday, July 15th, and at Dolce & Gabbana Aoyama on Monday, July 16th and Tuesday, July 17th. Artisans will be invited from Italy to demonstrate their craftsmanship.
