Free Trial: August 30 - September 5, 2020
During the free trial period, both new and existing users can rent a battery for 48 hours at no charge by entering the coupon code 'bousaiweek' in the app.
The code will also be displayed on digital signage at ChargeSPOT battery stands across the country. Smartphones are indispensable tools during disasters, used for confirming the safety of loved ones and searching for evacuation sites. According to an INFORICH survey, about 80% of people feel anxious about their smartphone battery dying during a disaster.
INFORICH has consistently supported disaster preparedness by collaborating with companies and local governments that install ChargeSPOT, acting as an infrastructure support company during power outages caused by disasters. Now, to help more people prepare for emergencies, INFORICH has decided to offer this free trial. The aim is to encourage people to familiarize themselves with the locations and usage of ChargeSPOT within their daily routines, treating it as a 'smartphone charging drill' to mitigate the 'smartphone battery problem' that can arise in critical situations.
