The tour spans a total of 7 days. Guests will stay for 5 nights at a resort located about a 3-hour drive from Colombo, Sri Lanka's largest city. During the stay, guests will drink herbal porridge each morning to awaken their digestive system, followed by about an hour of yoga. After breakfast, they will have a consultation with an Ayurvedic specialist doctor daily. In the mornings, they can receive about 2 hours of personalized treatment.



In the afternoons, in addition to a lighter Ayurvedic treatment lasting about an hour, there are optional tours to visit famous sites, allowing guests to spend their time as they please.
