Blue Note Tokyo Beer was jointly developed by Blue Note Japan and Kiuchi Brewery, the makers of "Hitachino Nest Beer," which has won gold medals at international competitions and boasts the highest sales of Japanese craft beer worldwide.

Generously using Amarillo hops, the beer employs the "dry hopping" method, where hops are added after boiling the wort to enhance their aroma.

Characterized by a vibrant, citrus-like hop aroma, a superb balance of malt, and a dry, smooth finish with a distinct bitterness, it offers a rich body and satisfying bitterness despite its low alcohol content. The final crisp, adult bitterness leaves a pleasant, lingering impression.
