Andaz Tokyo begins accepting reservations for its Christmas cakes on Sunday, November 1, 2020. The "Festive Hamper Gift" will also go on sale at the same time.

A "Hamper Gift" to give to those you cherish

This year's Christmas cakes at Andaz Tokyo feature four varieties, each filled with the chef's creative ideas. Alongside whole cakes that evoke the festive season, an assortment cake containing two pieces of four different Christmas cakes will also be available, offering a lineup that can be enjoyed in a style to suit your preference.

Strawberry Shortcake
The classic "Strawberry Shortcake" uses "Nyoho" strawberries, which are firm and offer a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. The sponge cake is made with domestic wheat. Enjoy its timeless flavor, with a delicate balance of fluffy texture, fresh cream, and strawberries.

Bûche de Noël
Since Andaz Tokyo opened in 2014, a different Bûche de Noël has been offered each year. This year's creation is a festive cake that combines a rich vanilla mousse made with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, a smooth and subtly bitter caramel chocolate cream, and a pear jelly, offering a delightful harmony of flavors.

Yuzu Chocolate Mousse
The Yuzu Chocolate Mousse uses Valrhona's Inspiration Yuzu chocolate, creating an adult-oriented cake that is light and refreshing rather than heavy. It features a smooth jasmine tea crème brûlée, a fruit compote with preserved fruit pieces, and a crunchy feuilletine base, offering a delightful textural harmony.

Festive Hamper Gift
The "Festive Hamper Gift," designed for gifting to those you appreciate or hold dear, comes in six varieties. Inside a decorative gingerbread man gift tin, you'll find an assortment of baked goods, including unique items like homemade cookies and friands.
The "Festive Hamper M" is perfect for sharing with family. Furthermore, the "Tote Bag A" contains a bottle of Ruinart champagne in a specially crafted tote bag for this year, offering a luxurious and opulent selection that makes it an ideal year-end gift.
Cake reservations are accepted from Sunday, November 1, 2020, to Sunday, December 20. Hamper gift reservations are accepted from Sunday, November 1, 2020, to Tuesday, December 22. Cakes and sweets will be available from Saturday, December 19, to Friday, December 25. Hamper gifts will be available from Monday, November 23, 2020, to Friday, December 25.
