TRUNK(HOTEL)'s Christmas Cakes and Roast Chicken for a Stylish Celebration
TRUNK(HOTEL) has unveiled two types of cakes to adorn a stylish Christmas. They are also available for purchase as a set with roast chicken.

Original Cakes Crafted by a Pastry Team Led by Jean-Sébastien Clapié
This year's Christmas cakes at TRUNK(HOTEL) feature two original creations, "The Avalanches" and "Toucha," developed by a pastry team led by Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Sébastien Clapié.
"The Avalanches," meaning "snowfall," features a wintery design resembling collapsing snow. It has a citron madeleine base topped with lychee panna cotta and a red fruit jelly with a hint of pepper, all enveloped in a light mousse of ruby chocolate and rose from the premium French chocolate brand Cacao Barry.
Meanwhile, "Toucha," inspired by winter tea and featuring a refreshing yuzu aroma, is a ganache of domestic yuzu and yuzu jelly encased in a slightly bitter matcha mousse, with a textural accent created by a spray of chocolate powder (pistolage).
The main dish for your Christmas at home is the "Roast Chicken." A young chicken marinated overnight in mineral-rich French salt and homegrown rosemary and herbs, it offers a juicy, slightly spicy flavor. Served with roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts, it's a dish that pairs perfectly with wine.
Additionally, two types of Christmas gift boxes filled with baked goods and dried flowers are available. The baked goods include "Neige de Noël," a signature Christmas season treat conceived by the pastry team specifically for this gift box, "Financier" with an unusual combination of matcha and raspberry jam, and "Mixed Fruit Pound Cake" packed with rum-soaked fruits, inspired by stollen.
The dried flowers are one-of-a-kind pieces, each designed by TRUNK(HOTEL)'s floral design team.
