The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo is accepting reservations for Christmas cakes until Monday, December 14, 2020. Additionally, from Thursday, November 19, Christmas bread and sweets will be available at "The Ritz-Carlton Cafe & Deli" on the first floor of Tokyo Midtown.

Unique Appearance, Adult Flavors

The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo annually presents Christmas cakes with original designs and a playful spirit. This year, they are enhancing the festive mood with four varieties of cakes.
The "Chocolate Wreath," resembling a Christmas wreath, features a refreshing passion fruit cream with chocolate crispies for a delightful crunch. Encased in chocolate mousse, it's an adult chocolate cake with an exquisite balance of rich chocolate and the bright taste of fruit.

Santa Claus Mousse
The "Santa Claus Mousse," reminiscent of a charming Santa Claus, is a delightful creation. Tart cherry and raspberry compote is sandwiched with pistachio financiers and enveloped in pistachio mousse. Despite its appearance, it's not overly sweet and can be enjoyed by everyone.

Christmas Lantern
The classic "Strawberry Shortcake" has been reimagined this year into a convenient square shape and is available in three sizes to suit various occasions. Meanwhile, the "Christmas Lantern," with its entire frame made of chocolate, features a subtle accent of pineapple marmalade within the central chocolate cake.
