Andaz Tokyo is launching special spring menus. "Rooftop Bar" will offer a cherry blossom-themed afternoon tea and evening plan, "The Tavern - Grill & Lounge" will feature original course menus showcasing the chef's artistry, and "AO Spa & Club" will provide unique treatments that evoke the feeling of spring. Andaz Tokyo's Spring Plans: Enjoy Cherry Blossoms and Spectacular Views

Andaz Tokyo, Hyatt's first luxury lifestyle hotel in Japan, is rolling out a series of special menus to celebrate the arrival of spring.

The "Rooftop Bar," located on the 52nd floor, will begin offering its afternoon tea and evening plan on April 1st (Friday). The bar's triangular area will host its annual cherry blossom garden, providing a luxurious spot to enjoy the view of cherry trees in full bloom and Tokyo Tower from approximately 250 meters above ground.

Cherry Blossom Afternoon Tea ~With Perrier-Jouët Champagne~

The afternoon tea features a colorful array of savories made with spring vegetables, and delightful cherry blossom sweets such as strawberry shortcake, cherry blossom tartlets, and cherry blossom macarons. From "The Tavern - Grill & Lounge" on the 51st floor, the "White Day Afternoon Tea" will be available for a limited time around White Day. This stylish, white-themed afternoon tea includes vegetable sticks with seasonal vegetables to dip, and sophisticated desserts like opera cake with a rich coffee syrup. Starting in April, the "Spring Berry Afternoon Tea" will be offered, featuring an abundance of nine types of berries. The vibrant berries are incorporated into various savories and sweets, allowing you to fully indulge in the flavors of spring berries.

For dinner, the "Provence Grill Set Menu" offers an original course meal based on traditional Provençal cuisine, with the chef's unique touch. The main dish features tender lamb served in two styles: grilled lamb chops and braised lamb shank. This limited-time menu showcases the vibrant colors of spring, making the most of fresh ingredients.

Starting in April, "BeBu" on the 1st floor will offer the "Spring Picnic Dinner Plan" for enjoyment on the terrace. The course menu includes meat gratin – baked in the oven with homemade bolognese sauce, béchamel sauce, and plenty of parmesan cheese – and skewers of three types of sausages with seasonal spring vegetables. Guests can also enjoy free-flow drinks such as cherry blossom mojitos and spring mimosas.
