The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo will open a French pop-up restaurant from Tuesday, November 24, 2020. From weekday evenings only, "Diner Secret," meaning "secret dinner," will be offered.

An Elegant French Course Fit for the Discerning Gourmand
In a dimly lit, tranquil atmosphere, a "secret" restaurant opens only on weekday evenings, offering a secluded experience. A special dinner supervised by Olivier Rodriguez, Executive Chef and star chef at The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo, has been unveiled.
The restaurant accepts reservations for only three groups per day, ensuring ample social distancing. The elegant French course, befitting the discerning gourmand, begins with Chef Rodriguez's signature dish: "Sturia Caviar & Shellfish Consommé Jelly & Vichyssoise Coulis."
The artfully presented dishes, featuring premium ingredients such as sea urchin and foie gras, as well as tilefish and Japanese black beef, are light yet allow guests to savor the essence of French cuisine to their heart's content. Furthermore, a delectable wine pairing selection is available.
