The "Halloween Cocktail Fair," offering a sophisticated adult Halloween experience, is being held until Saturday, October 31, 2020, at "Hudson Lounge" and "Amber," the expansive lounge and bar on the first floor of Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay.

Hudson Lounge, which grandly opened in June 2020 at Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay, is a dynamic and open lounge & bar designed with the concept of "meeting, gathering, and surrounding." It features a central lounge with a 5-meter high ceiling and a fireplace, an artistic and captivating bar area "Amber" with a 7-meter counter that plays with light and shadow, and private rooms, making it a new symbolic lounge.

At this Hudson Lounge and Amber, the "Halloween Cocktail Fair" will feature four adult-oriented cocktails created by dedicated bartenders using seasonal vegetables and fruits, available until Saturday, October 31, 2020. The purple, Halloween-themed cocktail "Halloween Night" uses black vodka and silver flakes to evoke an enchanting Halloween night. Its flavor, with a hint of lemon in red wine, is also recommended as a food-pairing drink.

The cocktail "Candle Ghost," topped with an apple garnish, is a mocktail that resembles a candle, made with apple and coconut. Its rim is coated with popping candy, offering a delightful textural sensation with every sip. The vibrant red "Aperitif of Dracula" is a twist on Bloody Bull, served like a cold soup, with a hidden touch of consommé granita.

And the mocktail "Creamy Pumpkin Apple Pie," inspired by a jack-o'-lantern, uses autumn-harvest apples and Anno sweet potatoes, allowing it to be enjoyed as a dessert.
