From Saturday, September 11, 2021, Conrad Tokyo will host a Halloween Sweets Buffet at its all-day dining restaurant, Cerise. This year's theme, "Pink & Shadow," conjures an enchanting world, creating a glamorous atmosphere.

Conrad Tokyo's sweets buffet is a perennial favorite. This year's "Pink & Shadow" theme depicts a bewitching world where a pink flamingo, adorned with elegant feathers, seems to have wandered into a realm of shadows. Sweet treats, lavishly decorated, welcome guests.
The sweets include a rich pumpkin mont blanc tart adorned with a Jack-o'-lantern, purple sweet potato pudding, and jewel-like, refreshing jellies made with muscat and pink grapefruit, totaling 13 varieties.

The savory selection includes Caprese crostini and foie gras and chestnut beet cones, as well as warm dishes like Carbonara Gnocchi and pumpkin and salmon quiche. At the live station, pork honey-roasted is served with three types of condiments.
