Named by combining WELLNESS and SURPRISE, WELLISE gelato is crafted with carefully selected ingredients from across Japan, designed to enhance beauty and health. Each bite offers a surprising new sensation, with beauty-enhancing ingredients blended into every flavor.

There are 10 flavors in total, divided into three types: "Cosmetics Gelato" with ingredients for beauty and health, "Relaxing Gelato" aimed at stress relief, and "Otsumami Gelato" that pairs well with alcoholic beverages.

The "Cosmetics Gelato" line features collagen for skin elasticity and radiance, promoting a youthful body. It includes three flavors: kiwi, rich in Vitamin C essential for collagen production; raspberry, containing about three times the capsaicin of chili peppers; and mango, known for its benefits in skin beauty.

The kiwi flavor combines refreshing kiwi puree with milk, offering a delightful balance of sweetness, tartness, and a unique texture. Raspberry blends sweet and sour raspberries with smooth milk for a fruity gelato with exquisite sweet and tart notes. Mango captures the luxurious freshness of eating a whole mango, recreating its rich flavor.

The "Gaba in gelato" line incorporates GABA, known to relieve stress and improve sleep quality. This series includes three flavors: date, blended with high-quality dates beneficial for beautiful skin, reduced swelling, and stress relief; banana; and avocado.

The "Soy Protein in gelato" line offers "Otsumami Gelato" (snack gelato) designed to be enjoyed with alcoholic drinks. Unique flavors include blue cheese & pepper, white cream & truffle salt, soy sauce gelato & pickled ginger, and wasabi gelato & pickled ginger, all perfect pairings for drinks. Protein, when consumed with alcohol, is said to promote liver function. This soy protein-infused gelato may also help prevent hangovers.

Blue cheese & pepper offers a bold, adult flavor with the addictive richness of blue cheese and a spicy kick of pepper. Soy sauce gelato & pickled ginger is a novel soy sauce gelato made with "Umeeze Kore wa Shoyu," a special soy sauce from Suruga Bay deep seawater, and "Tsun Tsun Zuke," a pickled ginger from Shizuoka Prefecture. It boasts a caramel-like aroma and a hint of freshness. Wasabi gelato & pickled ginger features a wasabi gelato with a distinct pungent sweetness, blended with Shizuoka Prefecture's "Tsun Tsun Zuke" for an enjoyable texture.
