The "Spicy Fair" features a menu that offers a deep and stimulating journey into the world of Mala (numbing and spicy), using fresh sansho peppers—prized for their numbing and cooling qualities—along with chaotian chilies, known for their vibrant and clean heat, and fiery black peppercorns.

Jade Palace offers seven dishes. The "Sichuan-Style Braised Beef in Chili Oil," a representative spicy dish from Sichuan, combines chaotian chilies, green chilies, and sansho peppers for a delightful balance of heat and numbing sensation.

The "Saliva-Inducing Chicken," named for its irresistible deliciousness, boasts a wonderfully gelatinous texture. Enjoy its exquisite pairing with noodles made from mung bean starch and fried eggplant, all enhanced by sansho pepper.
