Conrad Tokyo's popular weekday-only lunch buffet, "Chef's Favorites," presents a festive season menu inspired by European holiday markets.
Imagine a charming European winter scene: twinkling lights illuminating storybook streets, stalls brimming with ornaments and handcrafted goods. This buffet captures that spirit, featuring dishes inspired by holiday markets across Europe, alongside classic winter comfort foods and warming beverages, all creating an atmosphere of festive exhilaration.
The appetizer selection boasts 13 varieties. Indulge in delights like "Foie Gras Flan & Sweet Chili Shrimp Cocktail," perfect for a small bite, or enjoy comforting home-style dishes such as "Minestrone" and "Seafood Gratin."
For your main course, choose from five exquisite options: a rich bouillabaisse brimming with lobster, scallops, and mussels; or the "Tomahawk Pork Loin," slow-cooked with jasmine tea and served with a tangy mustard sauce. Three meat and two seafood dishes are available.
