Spring Valley Brewery is a completely new entertainment space where you can not only enjoy beer and food, but also immerse yourself in the profound world of beer.

Available at two locations in Tokyo and Yokohama. Both establishments offer six types of craft beers brewed on-site, seasonal specials, and the unique option to customize your beer with added aromas and flavors.

In a warm ambiance that shifts from morning to night, you can savor dishes that highlight the natural quality of their ingredients, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, all thoughtfully paired with beer.





The new Tokyo location boasts Japan's first transparent glass brewing equipment, allowing you to witness the wort-making process firsthand. Brewery tours offer a captivating view of beer being crafted right before your eyes. Additionally, seminars designed to be "read, touched, and enjoyed" provide various ways to connect with the beer-making process.

To commemorate the opening, the Tokyo branch will also feature the limited-edition brew, "First Crossing." We invite you to experience its refreshing crispness, characterized by the vibrant aroma of Nelson Sauvin hops, the gentle sweetness of ale, and a delicate carbonation.
