Healthy Menus Enjoying the Flavors of Ingredients with Minimal Dressing

J.S. BURGERS CAFE, a hamburger specialty shop, offers a menu centered around the theme of "a life with hamburgers," featuring everything from hearty classic burgers to seasonal limited-time offerings, original sweets, and craft beers.

The three new jar salads are collaboration menus devised by Hiroko Rin, the author of "Tsukurioki de Mainichi Oishii! NY-Style Jar Salad Recipes."

The "Prosciutto and Camembert Coleslaw" features the richness of nuts and the creaminess of camembert cheese, enhancing the sweetness of the cabbage. The "Mexican Coriander" uses a pico de gallo sauce with lime, fresh tomatoes, and a hint of green chili as its dressing, combined with coriander, shrimp, and cheese for a satisfying dish.

And the "W Avocado," a dish packed with avocado, combines diced avocado with guacamole, a type of salsa, to create a rich avocado experience when mixed with the spicy mayonnaise dressing and colorful ingredients.

Furthermore, they are also holding "AVOCADO FESTA," featuring avocado-themed menus such as the "W Avocado Burger," the "Avocado Salsa Burger" with its Mexican flair, and the "Taco Plate" where you can enjoy your choice of fillings.
