The Westin Tokyo's international buffet restaurant, "The Terrace," is currently hosting a "Cheese Dessert Buffet" on weekdays only until April 30 (Thursday). A dazzling array of creative cheese sweets, from classic favorites and traditional pastries to the trendy popovers, showcase the chef's skillful artistry.

The Terrace's dessert buffet, which unfolds with various themes each month, continues to captivate many dessert fans. Despite being a two-hour window on weekdays from 3 PM to 5 PM, it's so popular that reservations are essential.
This time, with "cheese" as the theme, over 40 original sweets are lined up, each utilizing the distinct characteristics of cheeses such as cream cheese, mascarpone, ricotta, camembert, blue cheese, and mozzarella. Furthermore, despite being a cheese-centric offering, the menu is crafted with a focus on balanced, enduring flavors, allowing guests to indulge to their heart's content.
From classic sweets like tiramisu and rare cheesecake to Austrian traditional pastry Palatschinken and the currently trending popovers, the cheese sweets created by Executive Pastry Chef Kazuo Suzuki are exquisite.
The variety is also a highlight, with the menu changing monthly, featuring items like red berries and blue cheese cream, or milk chocolate and fromage blanc mousse.
Additionally, the special soufflé, a popular feature of the dessert buffet where freshly baked soufflé is brought to your table, will also feature a different cheese and flavor each month. These piping hot, fluffy soufflés are a must-try for cheese enthusiasts.
From sweets that highlight the unique character of cheese to items finished with a mellow texture, the offerings are designed to be thoroughly enjoyed by cheese lovers and non-lovers alike.
