A New Way to Enjoy Chocolate, Proposed by Ambassador Chocolatier
The new service launched at "Bar Chocolat" features chocolate recommendations from Pierre Hermé Paris's "Ambassador Chocolatier," who possess extensive knowledge of chocolate. Several types of chocolate, varying by season, origin, percentage, and flavor, are prepared. The ambassador explains the characteristics of each chocolate, allowing guests to discover their preferred taste through tasting.
Currently, guests can choose from four distinct tastes, including "Chocolat Noir Grand Cru Manjari 64%," characterized by its vibrancy and acidity, and "Chocolat Noir Grand Cru Araguani 72%," with its aroma of dried fruits and roasted almonds. Desserts are then prepared to match each guest's preference.

Sensation Chloé

Délices et Délires

Millefeuille
Indulge in seasonal desserts such as "Sensation Chloé," served with a warm Manjari chocolate sauce; "Délices et Délires," a rich creation featuring crisp choux pastry with hazelnut ice cream and sauce; and "Millefeuille," a decadent combination of caramelized puff pastry and chocolate-infused mascarpone cream.

The sophisticated ambiance, designed by interior designer Masamichi Katayama, remains unchanged. Complementing the atmosphere are music and exquisite tableware from renowned French brands "Bernardaud" and "Christofle," creating a truly special moment.
Why not experience Pierre Hermé's world of "taste, sensibility, and joy" with all your senses?
