Savor "Adult Flavors" Like Spice Cookies, Lavender, and Whiskey

Chef Keisuke Matsushima earned a star in the French Michelin Guide at the young age of 28. His restaurant, "KEISUKE MATSUSHIMA," which expresses traditional French tastes with Japanese sensitivity and values, has maintained its Michelin star for 10 consecutive years since first receiving it in 2006, making him the youngest foreign chef to achieve this distinction.

The "Chocolat Sensibilité" collection showcases Matsushima's unique sensibility in each individual flavor. The 10 varieties include: Spice Cookie and Chai Ganache; Apricot and Lavender; Strawberry and Rose Jelly & Strawberry Ganache; Dried Fruits and Nuts; Crème de Citron & Praline & Hazelnut; Tranche d'Orange; Raspberry and Pink Pepper; Whiskey Nama Chocolate; Mango Ganache and Pepper; and Truffle Salt Caramel & Tonka Bean.

Each flavor highlights the natural taste and aroma of its ingredients, offering a rich yet delicate experience with every bite. "Chocolat Sensibilité," a collection truly for adults, promises to make this Valentine's Day a moment of special indulgence.
