Bonbon Chocolat "Colori del Brunello" Arrives from Italy
Piena's bonbon chocolat, "Colori del Brunello," is crafted from the finest red wine and carefully selected cacao. This sophisticated chocolate, which landed in Japan from Italy last year, is poised to become a new style of bonbon chocolat, capturing significant attention.

Valentine's Day is just around the corner. For those pondering the perfect chocolate gift for a loved one, here's some good news: a unique new chocolate has arrived from Italy.
The bonbon chocolat "Colori del Brunello" was born in Italy in 1998. It features two varieties: one encasing the esteemed Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, considered Italy's finest red wine grape, a coveted treat for wine connoisseurs; and another with grappa.
To perfectly complement the exquisite Brunello, meticulous trial and error led to the development of a bitter chocolate blended from three types of high-quality cacao, a process that took a full year. Upon tasting, a rich harmony of wine and elegant chocolate unfolds, winning praise even from men who typically dislike sweets.
Furthermore, it adheres to traditional bonbon chocolat-making methods, using no additives and crafted entirely by hand.
"Colori del Brunello" first arrived in Japan last year. While available year-round except for July through September, this year marks its debut in physical stores for Valentine's Day. Special spaces will be set up at Estnation Roppongi Hills and Ginza stores from January 30 (Friday), and it is already on display and for sale at Printemps Ginza's "Valentine Chocolat Marche," allowing customers to see and purchase the product in person.
