Christian Camprini On-Site from January 29 (Thursday) to 31 (Saturday)
Christian Camprini is one of the few chocolatiers to hold the prestigious MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) title, recognized as one of the world's finest. His exquisite creations, including bonbons with elegant flavors, aromas, and colors, and whimsical marshmallows, consistently generate buzz at the "Salon du Chocolat" events held annually in Paris and Tokyo.
The "Camprini Sweets Fair," previously held with great success in 2012 and 2013, returns this year. The "Café" on the second floor of the lobby offers a three-course dessert experience featuring petits fours. Camprini will craft the first two courses, while Chef Koichi Sato will design the third. Guests can also savor an array of petits fours inspired by Camprini's unique ideas.
The second course, a grand dessert, will feature a changing menu for February and March. In February and March, guests can enjoy "Smooth Madagascar Chocolate Creme with Mandarin Orange Jelly and Sorbet," and "Light Milk Chocolate Ganache with Soft Caramel Chocolate Sorbet," respectively.
Camprini's signature style lies in his ability to infuse traditional techniques with a modern sensibility. His desserts, inspired by the refreshing zest of citrus fruits, the aromas of neighboring Italy, and the essence of the Mediterranean, are true works of art.
Christian Camprini will be present at the "Café" for three days, from January 29 (Thursday) to 31 (Saturday), to greet guests.
Additionally, the "Pastry Shop" will offer Camprini's specialty "Diamant Noir," along with other petits gateaux, baked goods, and chocolates from January 26 (Monday) to March 31 (Tuesday). These items are available for takeaway, making them ideal for souvenirs or gifts.
