Enjoy Chocolate Ice Cream and Drinks at the Cafe Space
Bean-to-bar, as the name suggests, refers to chocolate where the entire process from bean (cacao bean) to bar (chocolate bar) is manufactured by a single company. At Minimal, you can observe the chocolate bar manufacturing process, which is rarely seen, and the shop is filled with the fragrant aroma of freshly roasted cacao beans.
Minimal's main products are chocolate bars made only with cacao beans and sugar. They offer a diverse range of 8 varieties, including "Primitive," characterized by a floral aroma like rose petals and a subtle cinnamon flavor; "Nutty," with a sweet, rich taste like roasted almonds; and "Savory," which has a slight minty cream-like sensation. In addition to selling chocolate flakes and cacao nibs (crushed cacao beans in granular form), you can also enjoy chocolate ice cream and drinks on-site at the in-store cafe space.
They also plan to regularly hold chocolate workshops and tasting events in the future.
