Veuve Clicquot's wine collection 'Cave Privée' introduces a new premium vintage selection. Four bottles, matured for over 20 years, are now available.

Vintage Wines with Delicate, Profound Flavors
Veuve Clicquot's 'Cave Privée' wine collection is meticulously aged for decades in the house's chalk cellars in Reims, France. Launched in 2010 to commemorate the brand's 200th anniversary of vintage winemaking, it quickly gained popularity for its rich aroma and mellow taste.
This autumn, a new vintage selection from 'Cave Privée' will be released. All selected wines have been aged for over 20 years. The lineup includes four bottles: a 1989 red, a 1982 white, and a 1979 and 1990 rosé.
Each bottle, presented in a limited edition wooden case, comes with a serial number. To fully appreciate the delicate effervescence when poured, a large-bowled glass with a tapering rim is recommended. Furthermore, to preserve the subtle aromas, a wine cellar temperature of 13°C is considered ideal.
These wines are crafted to be savored slowly on special occasions, such as anniversaries and celebrations.
Cave Privée Vintage Rosé 1979

A rare rosé from the 1970s, characterized by its coppery hue derived from 19% Bouzy red wine. It has subtle effervescence and a saline nuance unique to chalky soils. Released October 17.
Cave Privée Vintage 1982
Price | ¥54,000
A white wine from 1982, a year of abundant harvests in the Champagne region of northeastern France. Made with a 2:1 ratio of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it offers a fruity profile. Released October 8.
Cave Privée Vintage 1989

A red wine from 1989. The Pinot Noir grapes create a rich, distinct flavor, with aromas of ripe fruit, dried fruits, and exotic spices stimulating the senses. Released October 8.
Cave Privée Vintage Rosé 1990

A rosé from 1990, notable for its beautiful coppery hue and rich aroma that emanates from the glass. It presents notes of morello cherry and gingerbread, followed by subtle hints of peat and licorice. Released October 8.
