An Innovative Mont Blanc, Reimagined by Pierre

Mont Blanc, famously known as the king of sweets, is also one of Pierre Hermé's most beloved creations. As if to prove this, it appears in the Pierre Hermé Paris show window during the chestnut season and is also the theme of the "FETISH" series this time.



This autumn, in addition to the classic Mont Blanc, four original creations conceived by him will be introduced. "Mont Blanc à ma façon" is a reinterpretation of the grand classic of French patisserie, Mont Blanc, in Pierre Hermé's signature style.



While preserving the three essential elements – the fluffy, light crème chantilly, the crisp meringue, and the smooth chestnut purée – it adds the flavor of wild rose. The result is a blissful dessert that allows the true taste of chestnut to spread throughout the mouth.



And most notably, "Mont Blanc Ispahan," inspired by Pierre Hermé's iconic "Ispahan" dessert, is a romantic fusion of rose-infused mascarpone cream, raspberry and lychee compote, and crisp meringue. "Ispahan" meets Mont Blanc, achieving a luxurious harmony.



Furthermore, "Mont Blanc Infiniment Chocolat" was born from Pierre Hermé's preference for combining the classic pairing of chestnut and chocolate. The exquisite flavor arises from the interplay of rich chocolate ganache and light crème chantilly.



Also featured are "Mont Blanc Infiniment Vanille," made with a blend of three types of vanilla beans, and "Mont Blanc Envie," a masterful combination of cassis, violet, and vanilla.
