J.S. BURGERS CAFE Hosts Limited-Time Fair



The limited-time fair "BURGER'S CRAFT" at "J.S. BURGERS CAFE," a specialty burger shop by "Journal Standard," begins July 10th (Thursday). It features burgers born from artisan dedication, paired with craft beers for an exquisite marriage of flavors.

From Ice-Aged Bacon to Cheese That Highlights Ingredient Purity



"J.S. BURGERS CAFE" offers a taste of juicy, voluminous American-style burgers. This limited-time fair goes beyond simply eating; it's an opportunity to discover the craftsmanship behind burgers made with carefully selected ingredients.

The burgers feature luxurious ingredients such as bacon and boneless ham from "CHEF MEAT CHIGUSA" in Chiba Prefecture, renowned for its unique meat processing techniques like "ice aging"—maturing meat between 0°C and its freezing point. Additionally, the rich smoked Gouda cheese is made from milk from "NORTH PLAIN FARM" in Hokkaido, which adheres to a philosophy of "good milk comes from healthy cows, and healthy cows are raised on better pastures," employing pesticide-free, chemical-fertilizer-free organic farming.

The "Premium Craft Bacon Cheeseburger," created with this smoked Gouda cheese and ice-aged bacon, offers melted cheese over the patty with crispy fried bacon as a highlight. Shaved smoked cheese further elevates this ultimate creation.

Other offerings include the "Premium Craft Bacon Rich Burger," where ice-aged bacon is presented like a steak, and the "Ricotta Sandwich," featuring roasted graham bread spread with honey mustard, filled with creamy ricotta cheese, ice-aged boneless ham, apple, and arugula.

The event also introduces craft beers recommended by beer journalist Hiroyuki Fujiwara, a leading authority on craft beer, allowing guests to savor pairings with the burgers. Furthermore, Fujiwara will host a workshop titled "MEAT×CHEESE×BEER Pairing," where participants can learn about enjoying craft beers while indulging in five types of craft beers, snacks, and a fair burger.
