Buffet Featuring Brazilian "Churrasco" and Dishes Inspired by Participating Nations Also Held

Pierre Hermé Paris, a patisserie specializing in artistic cakes and breads made with the same recipes as the Paris flagship store, is produced by the renowned culinary master Pierre Hermé, a Michelin-starred chef with a global presence.

The Soccer Ball Cake, unveiled for the World Cup, is a masterpiece that allows you to savor authentic flavors reflecting French esprit. This 15cm diameter spherical cake features a sponge cake base filled with chocolate cream and pears. The sphere is coated with a rich chocolate glaze, and the soccer ball is formed with hexagonal pieces of white chocolate, making it almost too beautiful to eat. Reservations are required three days in advance.

Additionally, Cascade Café on the second floor of ANA InterContinental Tokyo will host the "World Buffet ~A Culinary Journey Around the Globe~" from Sunday, June 1st, to Monday, July 14th, in conjunction with the World Cup. The buffet offers a wide selection of regional dishes inspired by participating nations, including Brazil's beloved "Churrasco" and Spain's paella.
