Available for a limited time from June 3rd (Tuesday) to August 14th (Thursday) at Isetan Shinjuku Main Store. Pre-orders begin May 28th (Wednesday) on the online shop.

Four Refreshing Flavors Featuring Citrus and Seasonal Fruits, Perfect for Summer
These petit, colorful tarts are filled with Caramel Mou crafted by the world's only caramélier. Henri Le Roux's new summer collection is an adorable and perfect finish for the season.
The flavors include "C.B.S." (Caramel Beurre Salé), Henri Le Roux's signature creation made with generous amounts of salted butter, Guérande salt, and three kinds of nuts—hazelnut, walnut, and almond; "Citron Vert," characterized by its tartness from abundant fresh lime juice; and "Framboise" and "Pina Colada." All four flavors will be released as a gift set.
The delightful contrast between the tart's crisp texture and the smooth Caramel Mou that gently melts in your mouth is exquisite. It's a sweet treat that offers a refreshing yet profound depth of flavor.
