FAUCHON
A Tribute to Japanese Cuisine, a UNESCO World Heritage
Eclairs Inspired by Japanese Culture Make a Comeback
In 2013, "WASHOKU: Traditional Japanese Cuisine" was inscribed on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list. To commemorate this, FAUCHON is reissuing a limited-edition collection of eclairs, designed to reflect Japan's seasons and traditional festivities, available until July.

Koinobori and Hokusai's Ukiyo-e Adorn Eclairs
FAUCHON's eclairs, lauded as "designer eclairs" and "art eclairs," are celebrated worldwide for their exquisite beauty and quality, born from a boundless creativity that defies convention.
This revival features eclairs paying homage to Japanese culture. The collection includes six varieties: "Éclair Kabuki," inspired by the colors of the traditional Kabuki curtain; "Éclair Matcha," made with matcha, a quintessential Japanese ingredient; and "Éclair La Vague," designed after Hokusai Katsushika's iconic "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji."
These eclairs will be sequentially released at FAUCHON boutiques in Nihonbashi Takashimaya, Shinjuku Takashimaya, Yokohama Takashimaya, and JR Nagoya Takashimaya, each for a limited time corresponding to its seasonal theme or annual event.
