Galette des Rois is a traditional French pastry eaten during "Epiphany," a festival celebrating the birth of Christ. A fève (a small ceramic figurine) is hidden inside, and the person who receives it when the cake is cut is said to wear a crown and receive blessings.


The "Galette des Rois au Kouign-amann C.B.S.," fitting for the start of the new year, is an arrangement of the "Kouign-amann au C.B.S." which sold an average of 2,000 units per day at Isetan Salon du Chocolat in January of this year, proving immensely popular.


The "Galette des Rois au Kouign-amann C.B.S." features brioche dough generously enriched with butter, encasing Henri Le Roux's signature C.B.S. (Salted Butter Caramel). This exquisite creation boasts a fragrant, well-baked crust that reveals deeper flavors with each bite, and a moist, buttery texture that melts in your mouth when lightly warmed.


Naturally, it comes with the indispensable crown and fève. A single almond, representing the fève, is hidden within. The sale period is from January 2nd (Thursday) to 31st (Friday). From January 6th (Monday) to 31st (Friday), it will be available by reservation only.
