Butter GRAND, which opened on December 6th (Friday) on the 4th floor of Atre Ebisu, features artisanal pancakes made with generous amounts of fermented butter, French toast cooked in coconut oil, and traditional French galettes and crêpes.


The menu also includes granola, offering a convenient way to enjoy nutritious grains and fruits, and eggs Benedict, a brunch staple. These dishes are beloved breakfasts from around the world, localized to suit Japanese palates. Beyond typical morning fare, they offer a wide range of breakfast options, from adult-oriented sweets to meals that pair perfectly with sparkling wine.



Attention is paid to both ingredients and recipes. The batter for the buttermilk pancakes is mixed with rich, creamy, additive-free strained yogurt, creating a supremely delicious flavor that is smooth, mildly fluffy, and subtly tart.



The whipped cream topping uses pure cream with a rich flavor and restrained sweetness. Also available as a topping is soft-serve ice cream made from Hokkaido raw milk. The combination of this milky, authentic soft-serve, maple syrup, and butter is exceptional.
