In keeping with Ginza, a district that transcends time and continues to evolve as the heart of Tokyo, the interior design, featuring a terrazzo dining floor and leather banquettes, creates a timelessly refined space that blends sophistication with warmth. The open dining room, where city lights stream through the high ceilings, is adorned with a kaleidoscope of colorful lighting, as if one were inside a jewel box, crafting an exquisite space through a symphony of materials, colors, and design.


Bill Granger, the restaurateur behind the Sydney-born establishment, commented on the opening of "bills Ginza": "We want people who spend time here to feel as if they are inside a jewel box. Within the jewel box, sapphires, golds, and emeralds – a variety of colorful gems – sparkle and shimmer in the daylight and evening illumination; we designed the interior with that image in mind."

While a menu of comfort food, embodying the essence of bills recognized by gourmands worldwide, is offered, the "Prime Fillet Steak" made with premium Australian beef, exclusively prepared for the Ginza location, is also recommended. For an aperitif or a second stop, the bar food menu is extensive. The hospitality that accommodates various occasions is another characteristic that demonstrates the restaurant's depth.
