PATISSIER es koyama will sequentially release its autumn-limited sweets collection starting in September. Featuring the ever-popular "Mont Blanc," an autumn-limited version of "Koyama Purin," and a variety of other sweets that allow you to fully savor autumn flavors like sweet potato and pumpkin, the collection offers a delightful array.

Mont Blanc Made with Abundant Domestic Chestnuts
For the Autumn 2013 Sweets Collection, we introduce "Koyama Purin Yuyake Marron," an autumn-limited version of "Koyama Purin." This dessert harmoniously layers chestnut and orange, creating a flavor that evokes the blissful hues of autumn.
From the Koyama-style Baumkuchen, "Aki-iro Marron" returns this year, embodying the richness of the harvest. Its subtly spreading, mellow sweetness of chestnut is utterly captivating.
Don't miss the "Sweet Potato," a perennial favorite since our opening. Among the approximately 40 types of petit gateau always available, the "Mont Blanc," one of our top sellers, will be released in mid-October.
Additionally, the collection features a "Chestnut Cream Pie" with generous chunks of chestnut and rich cream encased in a crisp tart shell, and the "Sweet Potato Mont Blanc," inspired by the idea of a "Mont Blanc piped from sweet potato." With such a tempting array of autumn-limited sweets, choosing will be delightfully difficult. As each item has a different end-of-sale date, be sure not to miss out.
