Premium Craft Beer "Celtic Beer" Praised by the British Parliament
As the lingering summer heat persists, we still crave a refreshing beer. Whether for daily enjoyment, a special reward after a hard day's work, or for home parties, premium beers are a must. Among them, have you heard of "Celtic Beer," which has been praised by the British Parliament and adopted as its official main beer?

Three varieties, including the basic "Golden," which fully brings out the malt's umami
The Celtic people brewed beverages similar to beer as early as several hundred years before the Common Era. Inspired by this Celtic history, Tom Newman, originally a hydraulic engineer, established the brewery "The Celtic Experience" in 2007 with the aim of producing organic ale.
This brewery harnesses the pride inherited from ancient Celts and modern brewing techniques to pursue the true taste and aroma of beer. They have succeeded in producing a premium beer that "extracts aroma while suppressing bitterness," something previously unachievable. Its taste captivated the British Parliament (Big Ben), leading to its adoption as the official main beer for parliamentary banquets. Today, it is sold worldwide, including at London's renowned department store Harrods and La Grande Épicerie in Paris.
There are three types of taste. The most basic, "Golden," which has won numerous awards, is brewed using the masterful techniques of pale ale experts, with a small addition of crystal malt, crushed at high temperatures, to enhance the malt's umami to its peak. The meticulous blend of First Gold and Cascade hops, along with the aroma of lemon and lime, and a smooth bitterness, delights the drinker.
In addition, there are "Bronze," with its elegant, spicy aroma and harmonious flavor of crystal caramel malt, and "Bredin 1075," a strong pale ale luxuriously made with pure pale ale malt. Combined with the feminine design of the bottles, they create a sophisticated experience.
Celtic Beer is also available in Japan at Isetan Shinjuku, Ginza Mitsukoshi, Tokyu Department Store Main Store, and Seibu Ikebukuro, among others. We invite you to compare the three distinct tastes of this premium British beer, where exquisite aroma and flavor unfold in your mouth.
