Henri Le Roux, the world's only chocolatier-caramellier, has captivated dessert fans worldwide with its melt-in-your-mouth caramel. Now, the brand introduces a new limited-edition gateau for this summer. The popular "Diable Rose" flavor has been transformed into a perfect summer glass dessert.

Henri Le Roux's popular flavor, "Diable Rose," is offered in various forms, including caramel, sorbet, parfait, and confiture. Its taste, crafted with a base of banana, raspberry, and passion fruit, evokes the intense sun of the tropics and the beautiful color of raspberries, hence its name "Diable" (devil) "Rose" (pink).
This summer, "Diable Rose" has been further evolved into the "Baba Diable Rose," making its debut. A brioche dough, soaked generously in "Diable Rose" syrup, offers a exquisite balance of sweetness and acidity. This is layered with jelly, confiture, and cream, creating a milky flavor reminiscent of caramel.
The refreshing tartness and the sweetness that enhances it create a light, harmonious blend. Crispy cookies scattered within provide a delightful textural contrast, making each spoonful a moment of pure bliss.
Presented in a sparkling, cool glass, the dessert showcases a beautiful, layered gradient reminiscent of a strong, radiant sun, perfectly capturing the essence of summer.
Priced at 557 yen, this dessert is available for a limited period of approximately two months, from early July to August 27th (Tuesday). It will only be offered at the Tokyo Midtown store and the Isetan Shinjuku store, making it a must-try for dessert enthusiasts.
