Newly Released "Macaron Vanille Tahiti"
This year's summer solstice falls on Friday, June 21st. Frédéric Cassel has designated this day, since 2011, as "Macaron Day" and releases the macaron flavor of the year on this occasion. For 2013, the flavor is "Vanilla." Introducing a new macaron filled with ganache cream, generously made with Tahitian vanilla, which Cassel favors for its spicy and rich taste.
