ARMANI

An Immersive Experience of the Armani World

Armani Ginza Tower has reopened with a refreshed vision. The space is designed with subtle inspirations drawn from Japanese culture and design. To commemorate this renewal, a limited capsule collection for Japan has also been launched, featuring items with a chic, distinctive color palette.

Expressing Japan's Refined Image

The Armani Ginza Tower, originally opened in 2007 with a height of 56 meters, has now reopened after its renovation.

Spanning two basement levels and eleven floors above ground, with a total area of approximately 6,000 square meters, the tower is a multifaceted space designed to stimulate visitors' senses in various ways.

Giorgio Armani has expressed a strong affinity between Japanese design and his own values.

The tower embodies a desire for new innovation while respecting Japanese culture and its values in its design.

The design, conscious of "balance," is evident even in the building's exterior. Motifs stylishly representing "bamboo" are scattered across the glass, and a platinum-colored metal GA logo is displayed on the front facade as the maison's signature.

The renovation includes two new basement floors housing Armani/Casa. The first floor features men's accessories, while the second and third floors present Giorgio Armani's women's and men's wear collections. The fourth floor now houses Armani/Salone, a multipurpose lounge and "Made to Measure" room, offering a space for high-quality service and refined relaxation.

The Armani/Ristorante on the 10th and 11th floors have been transformed into a more relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy dining amidst bright, soft natural light during the day, or in an urban ambiance illuminated by city lights at night. A special menu is available until the end of May 2019 to celebrate this renovation.

Regarding the renovation, Mr. Armani stated, "The aesthetic appeal of Japan, the simple, beautiful lines and luxurious surfaces found there, and the special affinity that arises between them and my world. This is precisely why I am interested in Japan. Similarly, I am drawn to Japan's clear contrasts, which combine disparate elements like the impulses of the past and the future. The original Armani Ginza Tower, which I launched in 2007, was an extremely innovative and ambitious project. That spirit remains alive in this renovation. We have now expanded Armani/Casa across two floors. Through this, I aim for 'aesthetic unity within my world.' That is, I strive to integrate all elements under the banner of the refined, unified Armani style that forms the foundation. Tokyo is the ideal place to present my fashion vision in the form of a vibrant lifestyle."

A Limited Edition Capsule Collection to Celebrate the Renovation

To coincide with the reopening, a limited capsule collection for Japan is now available. The items feature a cohesive color scheme inspired by the wallpapers and materials used in the Ginza store, characterized by luxurious fabric choices.
