Conrad Tokyo's Limited-Edition Christmas Cakes & Sweets


Conrad Tokyo has begun accepting reservations for its Christmas cakes and sweets. The 2018 collection, featuring the new mousse cake "Mirage," the berry-rich "Noël Fraise," the classic "Stollen," and "Christmas Icing Cookies," can be ordered via the official website until December 22 (Saturday), 2018.

Exquisite Creations from the Conrad Tokyo Pastry Team


Conrad Tokyo has opened reservations for its Christmas cakes and sweets, presented by the pastry team led by Pastry Chef Masaki Okazaki. The 2018 Christmas cake offerings include the debut mousse cake "Mirage" and the shortcake "Noël Fraise." Also available are the perennial favorites: the traditional German Christmas confection "Stollen" and "Christmas Icing Cookies." These festive sweets are designed to enhance the elegant moments spent with family, friends, or loved ones during the holiday season.

The new "Mirage" is a mousse cake built on a base of hazelnut and chocolate dacquoise, layered with aromatic Sicilian pistachio mousse and a raspberry-strawberry crémeux, all enrobed in rich dark chocolate. Its surface is coated with a glossy, mirror-like white chocolate glaze, offering a sophisticated flavor profile with diverse textures and the smooth melt of the mousse.

"Noël Fraise," adorned generously with berries, is a shortcake featuring a moist sponge cake filled with light whipped cream and strawberries. The sides, reminiscent of a gift box, are decorated with white chocolate, while the top is lavishly piled with vibrant "Amaou" strawberries and blueberries, creating a truly decadent Christmas cake.

The Conrad Tokyo original "Stollen" is a perennial bestseller. This authentic German Christmas confection features carefully steeped dried fruits and the fragrant aroma of marzipan.

For 2018, the Stollen is crafted with generous amounts of rich Echiré butter, resulting in a deeply flavorful and aromatic taste. A new chocolate version has also been introduced, making them perfect Christmas gifts.

Christmas Icing Cookies, ¥2,000 (excluding tax).




The "Christmas Icing Cookies" delicately feature Christmas motifs and colors rendered in icing. They are available in three flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon.

Reservations for all items are now open on the Conrad Tokyo official website. Pick-up is available from December 1 (Saturday) to December 25 (Tuesday), 2018 (cakes require reservation at least three days prior to pick-up).
