Enjoy five unique pairings
Dominique Bouchet operates three establishments based in Paris: the two-Michelin-starred "Dominique Bouchet Tokyo," the bistro "Les Copains," and the steakhouse "Le Grill" in Kanazawa, all serving exquisite French cuisine.

Now, a macaron inspired by the bounty of his homeland, the Charente region, "Macaron Gourmand by Dominique Bouchet," has been released.
This new macaron, bearing the name "Gourmand" (meaning gluttonous), is characterized by the marriage of two ingredients.
As you bring a plump, crisp macaron to your lips, a smooth, fragrant essence spreads through your mouth. The carefully selected two ingredients create a magnificent harmony.
There are five varieties in total. Enjoy a gentle moment at any time of day, whether for tea time, as an aperitif, or for dessert.
Goat Cheese × Honey (Orange Blossom)
This combines Chabichou du Poitou, a goat cheese, with honey harvested from orange blossoms. The gentle sweetness of the honey enhances the richness of the goat cheese.
Chestnut × Truffle
Chestnuts from Ardèche, known for its chestnut production, are carefully puréed and accented with black truffle from the South of France. Enjoy the aroma of black truffle that gently complements the deep flavor of the chestnut.
Cantaloupe Melon × Pineau des Charentes
This pairs the "Cantaloupe Melon" from Charente, one of France's three great melons, with "Pineau des Charentes," a local dessert wine. It's the ultimate marriage that enhances their elegant aromas and sweetness.
Caramel × Guérande Salt
This combines traditional French caramel with "Guérande salt," crafted by artisans in the Guérande salt marshes of Brittany, utilizing the power of sun and wind. The salty sweetness creates an addictive flavor.
Chocolate × Cognac
The rich flavor of "Cognac," from the world's foremost brandy-producing region, is blended with the mellow sweetness of white chocolate. Enjoy the layered, pleasant aftertaste that unfolds in your mouth.
