The "Summer Terrace Gathering," offering Australian cuisine and drinks, is being held at the terrace seating of "Grand Kitchen," the all-day dining restaurant at Palace Hotel Tokyo, which boasts lush greenery despite its central city location.

The menu is generously portioned, featuring "Australian Beef Fillet Plancha" that highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients, "Grilled Lamb Chops" boldly roasted in the oven, and "Angel Prawns and Summer Vegetables Sautéed in Garlic Oil" where sweetness is enhanced by cooking. You can also share delicious and healthy dishes like sprout and quinoa salads, and stick salads with various dips served with crackers, on the summer terrace.

The free-flowing drinks include a refreshing Australian favorite cocktail made with lime juice and bitters, as well as rich Australian wines produced with advanced brewing techniques in a stable climate.
