At Conrad Tokyo's "Cerise" restaurant, the summer-limited menu "Glamping Grill" has been added to the "Chef's Favorites" lunch buffet, which features a variety of dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. It will be available until Friday, August 31st.

Photogenic Outdoor Cuisine in a Luxurious Setting



"Glamping & Grill" has arrived at "Cerise," the dining venue at Conrad Tokyo, a smart luxury hotel in Shiodome, Tokyo. This summer-limited menu, part of the "Chef's Favorites" series highlighting the chef's commitment to sourcing and ingredients, offers appetizers made with abundant seasonal produce, a choice of main dishes, and a dessert buffet.

Glamping is a new style of camping that involves enjoying luxurious meals in a natural setting. Here, the open kitchen space, themed "Glamping & Grill," is decorated with photogenic tents and greenery, offering stylish outdoor menu items.

For appetizers, the star of outdoor dining, roast beef, makes an appearance. Made with domestic beef round, it's enhanced with mustard and Parmesan cheese to bring out the rich, inherent flavor of the meat. Other classic outdoor options include juicy, smoky smoked duck breast, marinated herring, and oil sardines. A healthy Mediterranean dish, hummus—a paste made from chickpeas blended with tahini and olive oil—and other colorful appetizers adorn the table.

Among the choice of main dishes, in addition to the popular "Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hamburger Steak with Foie Gras," there's also "Jerk Chicken," chicken grilled to perfection after being marinated in the chef's secret spices. It's a juicy dish where the meat juices and spices meld together. You can choose your favorite from a total of six options, including new additions like "Grilled Swordfish with Oriental-Style Ratatouille" featuring fragrant cilantro, and "Falafel Burger with Yogurt Dip," which uses falafel instead of a beef patty.

The dessert buffet offers sweets made with fresh fruits, providing an elegant and luxurious conclusion to your lunch. In this expansive space with an 8-meter-high ceiling, experience luxurious glamping while remaining in the city.
