A Rosé Wine with Red Berry Notes Enhanced by Herbal Aromas
Franck Muller has released a special box of rosé wine, perfect for a refreshing summer spent with loved ones.
The "Franck Muller Rosé Wine" was created by SAYS FARM, a winery located in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture. It is known as a rising winery, having won a gold medal for its Chardonnay at the "Japan Wine Competition," Japan's most prestigious wine award, in 2017.
At SAYS FARM, they are committed to the "domaine" approach, owning their vineyards and handling everything from grape cultivation to winemaking, aging, and bottling in-house. This elegant rosé wine is made from 100% Merlot, a European red grape variety grown on their own estate. The vibrant red berry flavors are complemented by herbal aromas, resulting in an elegant rosé wine that reflects its seaside winery origins.
The special box also includes "Nukaburi" (rice bran-pickled) yellowtail and a small plate, designed to pair perfectly with the rosé wine. The yellowtail, carefully pickled in rice bran for six months, is delicious on its own or with cheese, offering a delightful marriage with the rosé.
Much like its timepieces, this wine embodies Franck Muller's unique "philosophy of time," aiming to enrich the moments spent with loved ones.
