Furthermore, it's common practice to order vintage wines by the bottle. Challenging this norm, Old Wine Bar MILLESIME, a wine bar offering vintage selections by the glass, has arrived in Kioicho.

MILLESIME is a vintage wine bar that evolved from the bar & lounge of the steakhouse "NoMad Grill Lounge," located on the fourth floor of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho. The bar boasts an extensive collection of rare vintages, many from the 1970s and '80s, including Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Napa Valley selections, all carefully curated by a senior sommelier.

What truly sets this bar apart is its serving style. With 15 to 20 types of white and red wines available at any given time, all long-aged vintages are offered by the glass. This allows even small groups to sample a variety of wines. While typically served in 100-120ml portions, the pours here are intentionally reduced to 70ml, enabling guests to enjoy a wider selection. Prices range from ¥3,000 to ¥15,000 per glass, offering a broad spectrum.

The wine selection changes seasonally, and these vintage wines from MILLESIME will also be available at the NoMad Grill Lounge.
