A Vibrant Trio of Fruit Flavors Arrives at Tokyo Midtown
At Tokyo Midtown's "GRILL&WINE GENIE’S TOKYO," three varieties of "GENIE’S TOKYO Original Dom Pérignon Shaved Ice" made with Dom Pérignon will be available as a limited summer menu from Friday, June 1st to Sunday, September 30th, 2018.

The Origin of "Dom Pérignon Shaved Ice" Dates Back 10 Years to Ginza
The "Dom Pérignon Shaved Ice" appearing at "GRILL & WINE GENIE’S TOKYO," a sophisticated casual French restaurant for adults, is a menu item conceived by the chef of "GRILL & WINE GENIE’S TOKYO" 10 years ago while at Ginza's "Maxim's de Paris." This summer's "Dom Pérignon Shaved Ice" is an enhanced and rearranged version, the "GENIE’S TOKYO Original Dom Pérignon Shaved Ice."
Ice made with the British herbal drink "Herb Cordial" or syrups that complement each flavor is topped with fresh fruit, and finished with a generous pour of the premium champagne "Dom Pérignon" right before your eyes. The subtle sweetness of the herbal cordial is elevated by the luxurious aroma of Dom Pérignon, creating an elegant shaved ice.
