Limited Edition "Sélection Maison for Hankyu" to Commemorate the Opening

The interior, which evokes the spirit of the Maison, features not only bonbons de chocolat meticulously crafted by skilled chocolatiers in the Parisian atelier, but also a dedicated counter for chocolat chaud (chocolate drink), a specialty of chocolate shops, with takeout also available.

They will offer nearly a full lineup of dozens of items, including pastries such as macarons, chocolate tarts, financiers, sablés, caramels, ice cream, and sorbets.

Furthermore, to celebrate the opening of La Maison du Chocolat Umeda Hankyu Store, "Sélection Maison for Hankyu," an assortment of bonbons de chocolat embodying tradition and innovation, created by Chef Pâtissier Chocolatier Nicolas Croizat, will be available from Thursday, October 25th. "Serania," a plain dark ganache characterized by its cacao's acidity and spicy notes, will feature the Hankyu Department Store logo!

This limited assortment includes six types from enduringly popular classic recipes to new popular recipes, along with two new recipes created by Nicolas, featuring the logos of Hankyu Department Store and La Maison du Chocolat. Each offers a different taste, from ganache and mousse to praline.
