Created to commemorate Kirishima Shuzo's 100th anniversary, "Hyakururi" is a special masterpiece made using a unique distillation method and carefully selected ingredients.

A Set of "Aka Ruri" and "Shiro Ruri"


Kirishima Shuzo's founder, Kisuke Enatsu, first released his own shochu in 1916. The history of Kirishima Shuzo began with the desire to continue producing high-quality shochu in the land of Miyazaki.


A century later, with the theme of "Fui Ryuko" (to forget neither the unchanging essence nor to embrace new changes), and after approximately four years, "Hyakururi" was born, embodying the brewing techniques cultivated over time and the pursuit of new ingredients and methods.

"100th Anniversary Commemorative Authentic Shochu Hyakururi" is a high-proof spirit produced using a special distillation method, offered as a set of "Aka Ruri" and "Shiro Ruri" authentic imo shochu.


"Aka Ruri" uses Murasaki Masari, the same ingredient as Aka Kirishima, and is characterized by its fruity, refreshing aroma and a rich, dense flavor. In contrast, "Shiro Ruri" uses Kogane Sengan, the same ingredient as Shiro Kirishima, offering a clear taste upon the first sip that leaves a rich lingering finish.

This high-proof spirit, born from carefully selected ingredients and a special distillation method, is best enjoyed on the rocks for a richer, more delicious experience.


The bottle is adorned with a beautiful design inspired by the exquisite Sasan glass "Kikko-wan" (cut glass bowl), a global treasure. The bottle features 98 circular cut patterns, with the stopper and base bringing the total to 100 circles.


The form adopts the gourd shape, the oldest known vessel, creating an impression of warm curves.
