The Interior, Designed by Architect Hiroshi Naito, is Also a Highlight

The Tokyo Station Hotel, which has restored the station building constructed in the Taisho era, opens on October 3 (Wednesday). TORAYA TOKYO, Toraya's new concept shop, will debut on the second floor of the South Dome, offering views of travelers coming and going.

TORAYA TOKYO offers not only a tea salon but also sells sweets such as Japanese confections. The most exciting feature is its luxurious menu, allowing guests to enjoy representative sweets from each of Toraya's brands all at once.

Under the supervision of culinary researcher Tomoko Nagao, the menu includes Toraya's yokan and anmitsu, macarons and 'Poire Caramel Yokan' previously only available at Toraya Paris. Additionally, it features TORAYA CAFÉ's popular classics like 'Azuki and Cacao Fondant' and 'An Paste,' which propose new sweets based on bean paste, as well as dorayaki from Toraya Kobo, created with the desire to recreate the origins of Japanese confectionery. The shop offers a diverse array of 'deliciousness' from each brand.

Also available are original menu items: the 'TOKYO Plate,' featuring three types of sweets – Toraya's 'Yoru no Ume,' TORAYA CAFÉ's 'Azuki and Cacao Fondant,' and Toraya Paris's 'Poire Caramel Yokan' – on a single plate, and 'Fukiyose Gohan,' which changes its appearance with the seasons. The lineup is truly captivating.

Original menu items, such as 'Fukiyose Gohan' which offers a different seasonal expression, are also abundant

The interior, designed by architect Hiroshi Naito, symbolically incorporates the red bricks of the station building, which has witnessed a century of history. The contrast between the white walls and red bricks used throughout creates a classic yet modern atmosphere.

In addition, limited edition products inspired by the tagline 'See you at Tokyo Station' will be sold, likely becoming a new standard for souvenirs.

TORAYA TOKYO offers a chance to savor Toraya's diverse offerings while gazing out at the people passing through Tokyo Station. This marks the arrival of an unmissable new destination.
