Chocolat Universe was developed through a collaboration between Chef Tsujiguchi and Dr. Satoru Yamada. After much trial and error, they achieved a sugar-free sweetness comparable to regular chocolate, with a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture akin to couverture.

The caret-type Chocolat Universe, available from February 2nd (Thursday), allows you to enjoy three flavors—white, milk, and bitter—all in one tin. Following this, on February 15th (Wednesday), Chocolat Universe Beans will be introduced.

These will come in two varieties: "Pecan × Chocolat au Lait," featuring pecan nuts coated in milk chocolate, and "Almond × Matcha Chocolat," with roasted almonds coated in matcha white chocolate, offered together in a single package.

These are noteworthy sweets perfect as gifts for Valentine's Day and White Day, allowing even those mindful of their sugar intake to indulge with peace of mind.
