Four New Recipes: Sweet, Tart, and Bittersweet

Founded in 1977, La Maison du Chocolat has been dedicated to pursuing creative and artistic chocolate, with M.O.F. artisan Nicolas Croizet serving as Chef Pâtissier Chocolatier since 2012.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, La Maison du Chocolat presents four new recipes for Valentine's Day 2017: a collection that is both sweet and tart, with a hint of bitterness.





The limited-edition "Rendez-vous à Paris" collection features four chocolates, each representing a scene envisioned by chocolatier Nicolas Croizet during a rendezvous in the City of Light, Paris. It offers new ways to enjoy chocolate throughout the day, in various settings.

From "Un Café," with its crisp, biscuity texture and a mellow, floral sweetness that fills the mouth, to "Paris Secret," a milk chocolate with a tart apple compote; "Fleur Plaisir," accented with rose, violet, and raspberry-infused dark ganache; and finally, "Cocktail Chic," where lemon and rosemary create a harmonious blend over apricot paste, perfect for the end of an elegant day. Each piece invites us into a world of supreme joy found in the everyday moments of Parisian life.
