For the 2017 Valentine's Day collection, Frédéric Cassel's specialty, the millefeuille, is presented as a single piece of chocolate.

The "Millefeuille Vanille" is one of Frédéric Cassel's most popular pastries, recognized as "Best Millefeuille" at the French Pâtisserie Association's contest in 2010. In 2016, they introduced the "Millefeuille Finger," a slender version designed to be enjoyed easily by hand.

The "Millefeuille Chocolat" is based on the "Millefeuille Finger," making it easier to enjoy anytime as a single bite. The surface is adorned with a decorative glaze, reminiscent of traditional millefeuille glacé, enhancing the chocolate's appeal.

They also offer a limited edition assortment of bonbons chocolates for Valentine's Day. The new creation for 2017 is "Fruits Rouges," featuring the vibrant tartness and fruitiness of red berries encapsulated in ganache.


This year, they will also be participating in "Salon du Chocolat Tokyo." As an evolution of Frédéric Cassel's signature "Millefeuille Vanille," the popular "Millefeuille Finger" from the 2016 "Salon du Chocolat" will be available again this year as a limited edition.

Caramelized puff pastry is layered with a Tahitian vanilla-infused ganache, and a rich Cassel original dark chocolate ganache with delicate acidity, alongside layers of Cassel's original chocolate. This finger-sized millefeuille allows you to savor the delicate harmony of overlapping chocolates all at once.
