At Pierre Hermé Paris, we present "FETISH," an annual theme under which one item is highlighted each month. From September 8 (Sat) to October 5 (Fri), savor "INFINIMENT CITRON," followed by "Baba" from October 6 (Sat) to November 2 (Fri), available for a limited time. Indulge in uniquely creative flavors where tradition and innovation beautifully converge.

Things That Inspire "Uncontrollable Affection"

Pierre Hermé, renowned as a leading figure in 21st-century pastry, continuously challenges himself with creative confectionery.
While the word "fetish" originally means "an object of blind devotion," it truly refers to something that inspires an "uncontrollable affection."
"FETISH," which has highlighted one "uncontrollably loved" item each month since 2006, introduces its 2012 new series: "INFINIMENT CITRON," featuring lemon, and "Baba," which Hermé himself calls "a great classic of French pastry," both available for a limited time.
INFINIMENT CITRON
Crisp meringue and firm lemon meet the sablé dough, while lemon zest and juice enhance the light whipped cream, and lemon confit plays with the jelly.

BABA CLASSIQUE
Brioche soaked in a classic baba syrup flavored with aged brown rum, served with Chantilly cream.
